The Joan A. Paczkowski collection consists of an audiocassette and transcript of an oral history interview conducted between Paczkowski and Daardi Sizemore in 2002. Paczkowski served in the United States Navy WAVES right after the Korean War. She talks about her training and her time in the service. She also tells stories of memorable moments. Paczkowski spent her time in the service working in Communications. This oral history interview was conducted as part of the South Central Minnesota Veterans History Project conducted by the Southern Minnesota Historical Center at Minnesota State University, Mankato.
